Day 6 of the Master Co 7 day meditation challenge

Day 6
Meditation starts at 24 minutes
Yesterday it was emotional healing, today is all about physical healing.
Prana or life force is the energy that permeates the entire universe, the body can use this to heal itself or maintain itself.
It effects healing in 2 ways, 1: your body's moving around, hearts pumping, bones growing and strengthening organs functioning. All that consumes fuel, that fuel comes from this current called prana or chi.
2: This very intangible spiritual current needs something to absorbe it and assimilate it. You have this interface, and a dense physical body, in order to receive this spiritual current, that interface is your energy body.

Your energy body consists of 3 things.
The energy center called chakras.
The wires that connect them called meridians.
As you know if you have current going through a wire it will produce an electromagnetic field. So that field that is generated, when this life force goes through your body this is called your aura.

It's not mystical, it's science. It's just that at the moment science doesn't have a reliable instrument to register and measure this life force. Eventually it will come, but a lot of us can feel it.

In Pranic healing you're taught how to scan it, some of you in deep meditation can see lights.
This so called prana, this life force is absorbed from the environment, your energy center or chakras absorb it and transport it to the necessary organs.

So the easiest way to understand is this. You have a physical body and physical organs. You have an energy body, you have energy organs. So these energy organs are the chakras. This comes from the Sanskrit word meaning wheel.

There are actually more than 7 chakras, but when this was brought to the west by Theosophy study of God, they kept in mind simplicity and safety as a priority.
They are teaching something that's really far out, so they've made it easier to digest.
As time goes by people start to understand these deeper spiritual teachings.
Acumpuncture points are basically chakras.
In Pranic healing we work with 11 chakras
In the Jewish kabbalistic system there are 10 plus a hidden one so they have 11.
Hinduism there are others. So don't get fixated on 7.

Here's the critical part. Once you understand you have these energy centres, if you feel love, you feel it in your chest, that's your heart chakra. Or if you break up with someone you feel heart break, it's not your physical heart that's broken. Or if you're very giving people describe you as having a big heart. If you're so giving and loving people say you've got a heart of gold. It's not refering to your physical heart. Your heart chakra has 2 colours, red and gold. The reason it's green on a chakra chart is because they're forcing it to represent the colours of the rainbow. But for people who can see energy they will see all the chakras are multicoloured.

Energetically it does 2 things Psychologically and emotionally it gives you the ability to love. Physically it feeds energy to your heart respiratory thymus gland and circulatory system.
So all your energy centres have physical function and the majority also have psychological functions.

So when you come to healing you learn about the energy centres and the physical organs that they control. When the chakras function properly, it absorbes fresh life force and releasing the bi product or waste products, just like when you inhale, exhale. The chakras springs in both directions to take in fresh Prana, release old energy.

If this energy center cannot do it for some reason, if there is an injury, stress, bad health, anger, it blocks it so it cannot absorb the fresh energy properly or release the waste products. At some point it's stunted and cannot spin, that's what you call a blockage.
So healing, doesn't matter what tradition you use, the idea is to restore the spin of the chakras so the organ behind it will get the fresh Prana or life force that it needs.

Practical techniques
11 chakras
Crown center: is like a plate on top of your head as the crown spins it brings energy down to your brain and pineal glan

One on the forehead, controls pineal gland and memory.

Aginal or brow center this is not actually your 3rd eye, that's higher just at the top of your brow at the bottom of your hairline.

This is the centre of the brow is the CEO of all your chakras it controls the will and pituitary gland.

The throat centre controls the thyroid gland and ability to speak and creativity.

Heart centre respiratory, thymus gland, circulatory system.

The one below it between the ribs is the solar plexus, as the energy goes in it spreads to all the internal organs spleen liver and the centre. That gets blocked when you're angry and stressed and resentful. If this area is blocked because if negative emotion, the body doesn't heal. It nutralises a lot of the good habits that you do.

When the solar plexus is clean it somehow has a cleansing effect. If something stresses you out you might feel nauseated, because that area controls your stomach.

The spleen center is where fresh life force comes in, if you spend time with people with very low energy, the spleen chakra is the one that gets blocked. Every depressed person has a blocked spleen center, and it's having difficulty absorbing fresh life force. So when you do Pranic healing we really focus on cleaning that one.

Naval center controls your intestines, elimination it's also where you hold energy.

Sex center is obviously for sexual pleasure and reproductive organs, and lower creativity.

Base of the spine controls blood, bones, muscles body heat, cell growth and repair it's the centre for youthfulness. If you keep that one healthy and clean your body heals faster and you have a tendancy to look like your body's not ageing. When that guys blocked, you have no energy and things take longer to heal.

Last one behind belly button is the menming chakra, gate of life, kidneys, urinary system, blood pressure.

So there you can see when these energy centres are blocked the organs behind it start to suffer. Get rid of the block first then let the fresh energy in. All of the crazy things were doing here is to remove the blockages and let fresh energy in.

Certain crystals generate certain energy. If you're dealing with negative people, wear purple, it's like a violet aura like a shield. If you wear a purple stone like amethyst on your chest as long as you clean it in salt water first, it breaks down the negative energy before it goes in and disintegrates it.
Afterwards you have to clean it again in salt water, to discharge all the junk before you wear it again.

Visualising is a way of moving energy.
Breathing is a way of moving energy.
Physical movement is a way of moving energy.
Your will and intention, chanting is a way to move energy.

The question why do we always to the meditation of twin hearts? It's a powerful meditation that used to be a secret that's in many traditions. When the heart and crown are stimulated, you are now in the waterfall of massive amounts of spiritual energy.

When that energy is pouring down then we can channel that energy for emotional healing, like we did yesterday and today we are going to channel organ by organ for physical healing.

Tomorrow we will focus on prosperity healing, proper finances give you the ability to help and serve more people. And freedom to do what you want. So that's why we are going to do prosperity healing, also to ground you.

I'd you're enjoy these teachings and meditations and would like to make a donation to Master Co here is the link https://pranichealing.com/make-a-donation ✨⭐🌟

Day 4 of the Master Co 7 day meditation challenge

Day 4: The key to Meditation is balancing your yin and Yang energy. Yang is using your will, putting attention. Meditation is using your awareness and your heart, one is projecting and one is recieving. When you chant you use your will.
Listening is awareness, talking is consentrating.

The secret is to have both stillness and talking. The purpose of talking and guided meditation is to gently use the will, and move it to a certain direction. As you focus you're using your attention to follow it, simultaneously the energy is flowing through you, clearing out the stressful energy and negative emotions. Your heart's getting activated. So by the time we stop talking, your heart and crown are more open and you are there. You can let go, and let the data come to you. So by talking first to clean things out, it's more effective.

In this meditation we use our fire hose of energy to send healing love to all the areas of the world and to the people who are in distress. By doing this we are connecting with the universal light and collectively by doing this we can make a difference.

Tomorrow's session is about healing ourselves and the day after is about healing our finances. The more we have the more we can give, the more people we can help and the bigger impact we can have, it's all about balance.
At the end of the session Master Co asks that you write down all of your goals and aspirations, better health, better relationships or a project you're working on. Whatever your wishes are, or areas of your life that you would like to direct energy too.
In order for them to materialise it needs energy, on order for it to physicalise it needs to hit a certain break point where there's so much energy and certain components are present that it manifests. Every time you meditate your aura expands masively with so much energy flowing through, after you are done you can focus your energy on blessing your protects. So write it down and have it ready to send your energy to in coming sessions.

Day 3 of the Master Co 7 day meditation challenge

In this session Master Co teaches so many powerful lessons, I have taken notes for you incase you don't have time to listen to the full session right now. The Mediation starts at: 35 minues 22 seconds.

"It's not enough that a person meditates a person needs to be an instrument to do good. As we try to improve ourselves and learn these deeper spiritual teachings then we can be more powerful vessels to serve others."

The good news is we can do our part and keep making adjustments in the energy world and in the process of adjusting that energy world, we are also transforming ourselves to be better people. Inner changes cause outer changes

1: the world is going through some challenging times so it's our job to be strong, focused, loving and intelligent, to step up and do what you think is right.
2: Realise that everything is subject to change, the law of change the law of cycles the law of consequence, known as Karma, what goes around comes around.
The law of karma is like gravity, there are certain rules and principles that make it tick. Karma if you understand the mechanism and principles you can harness it.
The law is governed by the golden rules, the negative side and positive side, do and don't,
Proactive doing something.
Karma is a spiritual technology to create and navigate our future, what ever we put out will come back to you.

What you give out, you will get back.

What do you want?
What don't you want?
We reap what we sow.

Be generous and giving, that's how you turn the tide.
Transmutation effect, it has the ability to transmute lower energy to higher energies to turn a bad situation into a better one. In the middle ages that was called Alchemy turning base metals into gold.

If you are with someone who is always angry and upset it feels heavy, when you're with someone whos loving and giving you feel love, nurtured, uplifted.

If you look at someone who's always angry and upset, their energy looks greyish like lead, energetically it feels heavy.

Statues in temples and churches are painted in gold to depict the colour of the aura once someone has practiced unconditional love.

The law of karma is a technology to transmute what is negative in our lives for something better. That is why we use the
prayer of St. Francis of Assisi: it has transmutation power.

"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace; where there is hatred, let me sow love; where there is injury, pardon; where there is discord, union; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light; and where there is sadness, joy.

"O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled, as to console; to be understood, as to understand; to be loved, as to love; for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life." Amen.

The law of opposites, the law of attraction is a cosmic boomerang, it will attract certain frequencies into your life.

By doing bad things, you are creating mysery for your future.

As we do this meditation the energy cleanses and transforms the negative energy inside us.
Hopefully by doing this we can encourage a wake up call for these people who are acting from their lower selves, sometimes it just needs a little spark to make it happen.

Your behaviour effects your energy.
Your energy changes your behaviour.
Anyone who you might be having problems with, flood them with pink and gold energy.

We can all do our part, inner changes cause outer changes. Try to keep making ajustments in the energy world and in the process of adjusting that energy world, we are also transforming ourselves to be better people. Inner changes cause outer changes.

It's not enough that a person meditates, a person needs to be an instrument to do good. As we try to improve ourselves and learn these deeper spiritual teachings then we can be more powerful vessels to serve others."

Out Of Your Head And Into Your Soul

“The best way to capture moments is to pay attention. This is how we cultivate mindfulness. Mindfulness means being awake. It means knowing what you are doing.” –Jon Kabat-Zinn
. . .
Do you fear that you’re missing out on life?
Are you waiting for something? To be loved? To be successful? To be happy?
Do you often feel like life is simply carrying you along, as something beyond your control?

In ancient Greek mythology, Narcissus was a beautiful youth who caught sight of his reflection in a pond one day and became completely enamored with it. It is said that he lay down by the water to gaze at his face, growing obsessed with his own image. Since he was unable to obtain the object of his desire, he died where he lay, overcome by grief. Sounds pathetic, but in many instances it’s a frighteningly accurate metaphor. The term “narcissist” is derived from this myth, and it tellingly refers to a person who is self-enamored and self-preoccupied, often to an obsessive and dangerous degree.
In his novella The Beast in the Jungle, author Henry James introduces us to exactly such a character: John Marcher, an extremely self-centered young man who is convinced that he has been selected by fate for a special event that will occur in his lifetime. He encounters a sensitive and intelligent young woman, May Bartram, who listens to John’s theory concerning his personal foreboding and conviction that he’s destined for greatness. May offers her friendship and agrees to watch and wait with John until this special fate comes to fruition. For many years, John sits idly and refuses to let May get close to him, ignoring the love of a good woman and killing time as he waits for his “spectacular fate”.
The story unravels to become a tale of lost life and lost love; it is only after May dies that John realizes that he’s missed most of his life—and the opportunity for true love—while waiting for a rare, strange, and self-concocted “event” that never happens. By living in his head and focusing on a fantasy, he missed the true meaning of life. He missed out on friendship, love, purpose, adventure, discovery, and self-growth. Gambling for nothing, he lost everything.
Narcissists typically do not empathize nor can they appreciate the beauty of the life that surrounds them. They exist at the opposite end of the spectrum as opposed to mindfulness. John “woke up” when May died; this was the emotional event that triggered his realization—too late—that life extended beyond himself.
Mindfulness is about exactly that: waking up to the world and connecting with life.
. . .
“By breaking down our sense of self-importance, all we lose is a parasite that has long infected our minds. What we gain in return is freedom, openness of mind, spontaneity, simplicity, altruism: all qualities inherent in happiness.” –Mathieu Ricard
. . .
As a teacher of mindfulness meditation and the founder of the University of Massachusetts’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program, Jon Kabat-Zinn says:
“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non Out Of Your Head And Into Your Souljudgmentally.”
By cultivating conscious awareness of the present moment, we extract ourselves from our own toxic thought patterns. By learning to sense and see and appreciate life, we need not regret an unfulfilled existence. Mindfulness is a practice that can immediately ground us back into the world, helping us delve within ourselves while simultaneously shifting us beyond ourselves.
As mindfulness is all about “living in the now”, the idea suitably circles back to the NOW philosophy:
  • Notice.
Look around you and experience the life and love that surrounds you. It is right beside you! If you haven’t seen it, open your eyes and your mind. It’s easy to remove those mental blinders and barriers, as long as you truly want to.
  • Opportunities.
Seek out and you shall find opportunities to grow and connect with life without judging yourself. By staying in the moment with those who are nearest and dearest to us, we can cultivate compassion, love, kindness, and morality within us—and then extend this compassionate attitude towards others.
  • Within.
By becoming more mindful, you will achieve a stronger inner peace. It is foremost beneficial to you, and then—from you—it explodes tenfold out into the world around you. You can be deeply affected by the people around you, and can gain insight from and power over their thoughts; never forget that this is mutual—so work to make a positive impact.
. . .
“Mindfulness is simply being aware of what is happening right now without wishing it were different; enjoying the pleasant without holding on when it changes (which it will); being with the unpleasant without fearing it will always be this way (which it won’t).” –James Baraz
. . .
Not sure where to start? Dr. Kabat-Zinn lists the following simple exercises as key components to mastering mindfulness:
  • Pay attention to your breathing in the present moment.
  • Notice what you’re sensing right now—use all of your senses. What can you see, hear, smell, touch, and taste? Increase your awareness of your body’s physical sensations to better ground yourself in the moment.
  • Understand that your thoughts and emotions are like clouds. They will come and go and will always pass through; they need not define you.
  • Keep a look-out for negative thought patterns so that you recognize them and then can make changes.
Get out of your head and get into your soul. Don’t waste life—live it. And begin living it now. If you do it now, you will always have time.
. . .
“In this moment, there is plenty of time. In this moment, you are precisely as you should be. In this moment, there is infinite possibility.” –Victoria Moran

10 Ways to Get Back to Your Reading Habit

We have published an article about how to read more books. Now this post is for those who used to read in past and now stopped it for some reasons. Recently a friend asked how he could start reading habit. When I asked him what kinds of books he liked to read, his answer surprised me that he couldn't remember the last time he had read an entire book but he read a lot of news and stuffs online. Another friend admitted her own difficulties with reading as much as she used to, especially fiction. According to her there is enough drama going on around the world, so she didn't feel to read fictionalized drama.
There was one who said he 'prefer to experience real life rather than reading about it in books.' As for this kind of people who think their lives are more interesting and so diverse to give them all the wisdom and emotional skills to direct them through our increasingly complex societies, then I cannot shatter their sweet illusion. So here I want to address those who really want to read but somehow they can't.
There is a difference in reading online news and articles and reading a book. I mean the long-form (books or novels) and shorter pieces (online news and articles). Our cognitive processes are such that we read quicker and with less comprehension and retention when scrolling through short online articles, blogs, and news and clicking on link after link. Though I also read a lot online (news, book reviews, author interviews, etc.), books remains my primary source of knowledge and thoughts. Reading is not only about improving quality of our lives but also the quality of the attention we pay to the things and people in our daily lives. It changes our ways of engaging with the people and being in the world.
Here I'm suggesting some approaches to rekindle and cultivate the habit of reading. It's better to find a way for a regular reading practice organically rather than forcing yourself to read.
Move to Books from Online Articles
If you enjoy reading online about some specific topics, look for the best books published on those topics online or at your local library or bookstore. Don't forget to check the writer's name of that article you liked reading online as they might have books published too. You will get a deeper and more considered dive into those topics in book-length works. Also ask booksellers and librarian about the book on that topic you liked as they truly enjoy engaging with readers and recommend specific kinds of books. If you're living where there is no library or a bookstore nearby, you can join online library and download books on an electronic device.
Move to Books from Movies
If you enjoy movies, look for those adapted from a book and then read that book. If possible (I insist) don't watch movie before you read the book. By a little search in Google, You can find the movies based on books which are already released or will release in near future. Once you are done with that book, try to watch movie adaptation, and you'll realize what you were missing while watching only movie and not reading book.
Read Literature on Travelling
If travelling is your thing, look for books written about or around the next place you are planning to visit. Read those books before, during, and after your trip. It will make the whole travelling experience richer and more satisfying. Often, travel books are about going down the beaten path and it not only enlighten but also encourage us to wander the unknown places.
Read Short Stories
If book-length fiction is frightening you, then pick a short story book. You can usually finish them in a single sitting but they can stimulate your appetite for longer book-length fiction works. There are so many wonderful short stories available online. These short stories can leverage your regular reading habit.
Read with friends
If you can't read alone or need company while reading, Join or start a book club. I personally prefer reading alone but I enjoy those odd book discussions with readers in Book clubs. If you can't find book club nearby you, you can find it online. I love to discuss the books online with the readers from across the world. It fascinates me how differently we all interpret the same book and I always learn something new. Another way is find a friend who likes to read, and ask him (or make him) to read the same book you want to read or read the same book he is reading and then discuss chapter by chapter. This will make you understand and enjoy the book at another level.
Buy an e-Reader
If you are strapped for time, invest in an e-reader or a good audiobook membership. Then you can read while waiting in the grocery checkout line, during daily commutes, or while doing daily chores. You will be amazed to know that you have this much time for reading which was wasted. So recuperate some of this time and use it in reading.
Start a Journal
Begin to write a books journal daily where you write about whatever you've read that day. This will help you to form your thoughts and reflections on the topics and themes you've read about, which is the whole point of reading after all. Write in a private journal or in an online blog, whichever suits you.
Set Reading Goals
If goal achievements and quantified self-hood drives you, then sign up on a website like Goodreads or LibraryThing to log every book you read by date, you can also add rating based on how much liked that book. I use one of these sites to keep track of my personal library and to read list. Set daily goals for reading. Achieving these goals will encourage you to set bigger reading goals and achieve them.
Listen to Book Podcasts
Listen to some good book related podcasts, where they invite authors and discuss their books. I have, many times, bought a certain book after hearing its writer speak about it. There are many podcasts you can choose from. For short stories I like The New Yorker Fiction, The New Yorker Writer's Voice and NPR's Selected Shorts. And for authors' interviews, I prefer BBC World Book Club, CBC's Writers and Company, BBC Radio 4 Bookclub and The Guardian Books.
Attend the Literary events or Festivals
If there are any book related literary festivals near you, try to go there at least once a year. Every year we have a book fair and literature festival for a week, I never missed this event. I can't go there for whole week but I find time on weekend. Celebrating books with other readers is an exceptional delight.
Bonus Tips
Mix up your reading list with different genres and topics. There are many book recommendation websites out there and ours is one of them. Subscribe us for getting regular book recommendation and get yourself a book interests you most. You can read one book at a time or can pick multiple books from different genres and read few pages or chapters from each book every day. Do not try to keep reading the book you have lost interest in. It will kill your enthusiasm and passion for reading. What To Do When You Feel Stuck In A Life You Don't Love By: Melissa Quiter

What To Do When You Feel Stuck In A Life You Don't Love By: Melissa Quiter

When you read the title of this article, did you immediately think, "That is me?" Does your life feel like you have two legs submerged in a pit of quicksand and the more you push and pull and attempt to "get out," the more submerged you get and the more tired you feel?
You are not alone. In fact, the next thing I tell you may sound less than inspiring. But read on, as you will soon find, the most challenging truths are actually the greatest opportunities for amazing joy.
The truth is that humans are destined to feel stuck at various points in their lives. There is no way to avoid it and no way to ignore it. Feeling stuck is an absolute given condition of human beings.
So, you may be asking, "Why is being stuck a given?" It is because humans are always growing, always changing and always evolving. There is never a moment when your body, mind or spirit stops recreating itself. Humans are always desiring (wanting something) - even if it is simply a breath of air. When you achieve a goal you have strived toward for years, that goal ceases to be a goal the minute it is attained. And just like you don't get rid of bad thoughts or bad habits-you replace them with better thoughts or better behaviors - what you desire is constantly being replaced by what you desire next. This doesn't mean you are not momentarily happy with where you are. However, your mind seeks expansion. There is only so long that humans can stay satisfied with where they are before new desires pop into their heads. Desiring is what continually evolves the universe and the human spirit.
Another thing to be aware of is that you have multiple areas of your life that are happening simultaneously. I call these the Nine Environments of Holistic Living. In each of these environments you have different goals and different intentions. You may be focused heavily on one or two areas, and after achieving amazing things in those areas, "suddenly" become aware of another area that is lacking in some way. You are now focusing on that neglected area. Regardless of how satisfied you are in the other areas, the neglected area, you are now focused on, feels stagnate and stuck. For example, a person who achieves a long-worked-for goal in her career may then shift her focus to relationships and feel stuck in a bad relationship or stuck in not having a relationship. It doesn't take away from her career achievements, but the feeling is still there because the focus has shifted.
The feeling of being stuck is simply you telling yourself that there is more that you desire in a given area or areas. The frustration of being stuck, and what may create negative emotions around it, is often caused when you aren't sure how to make the changes you want to get unstuck. Thus, being stuck may create a panic inside of you that the situation will never change. The degree to which you feel the stuck-ness and how quickly you respond to this feeling often determines how being stuck affects you.
First, I think it useful to define what being stuck really means. Being stuck may not mean what you think it means, which can be what makes being stuck feel so hopeless and frustrating. Being stuck is not a destination. It is not a life sentence. It is also does not define who you are, just where you are at any given moment. Being stuck is simply a notification-a sign if you will-that it is time to start making something new and different happen in your life. When you are feeling stuck, it is simply another part of you tapping you on the proverbial shoulder saying, "Hey, I am no longer satisfied with where I am or what I have in a particular area and I need something else."
Just like if you have ever driven a car and you stop at a red light. When the light turns green, that is your sign to get moving. Being stuck is a simply a green light-a sign saying, it is time to get moving. The key is knowing how to get moving. This is where being stuck can feel like a horrible condition, a limiting circumstance and a trap. If you don't know that pushing on the gas pedal will get you moving in your car, you can't move. If your car is in the wrong gear, you can't move. And if you resist that the light is green, you cannot move. If you resist that you feel stuck (which means you don't welcome the emotion, but instead get caught up in the feelings of being trapped and hampered), you actually put your focus on the being stuck, instead of your focus on the sign to get moving. If you embrace that the sign is there, you then have the freedom to explore the options for how to get moving. When you have the freedom to explore, you can usually create change pretty quickly.
This may sound a bit confusing, so let me be as clear as possible given this is a critical piece for allowing yourself to get unstuck. By acknowledging that you are in a place you don't want to be, but not delving into the emotions of being there, you free up your energy to focus on where you do want to be. You free up your energy to focus on what you do want, not what you don't want. This is the foundation of the Law of Attraction, which says that which you focus your energy on is what you attract to you-wanted or unwanted. Learning to use being stuck as a positive sign that you are desiring more, opens you up to asking how to get it, instead of delving into the emotions of being where you don't want to be, and fearing you are always going to be there.
No matter what question you ask yourself, you will get an answer. If you ask yourself-Why am I stuck here? What did I do to deserve this? Why does this always happen to me? Am I going to be here forever?-you will get an answer. And, most likely, you will get an answer that won't assist you in pushing on your gas pedal or figuring out you are in the wrong gear. If you ask empowering questions, like-What do I want that I don't have? How can I get it? What have I been doing and what can I do differently?-you begin focusing on answers that will propel you forward.
Getting unstuck can be an easy and smooth process. The key is using the proper tools to assist you. Using tools-questions, exercises, programs, processes, other people, etc.-is the number one way for re-directing your focus. Tools are how humans create in the universe. Learning and using the tools of notes and instruments are what allow you to make music. Learning and using hammers, nails and engineering are what allow you to construct buildings. Learning and using the alphabet, grammar and paper or computers are what allow you to write novels and poetry. Getting unstuck, changing your life, manifesting your desires is done by learning and using the natural tools of creating-the Law of Attraction, the Nine Environments of Holistic Living, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, the Process of Deliberate Creation, the Prosperity Process, the Power of Intention, the Universal Laws, Law of Attraction Coaches, Messages from Abraham or Seth, etc.
No one has to stay stuck. No one has to live a life they don't love. It is simply recognizing the sign that it is time to make a change. Then, assessing what tools will assist in making that change, and beginning the process. Embrace the feeling of being stuck so you can get moving, seek out the tools you need and start today.
Here is to your freedom!

PSTEC Negative - The Belief Eraser

I met Tim in about 2015 in Barnard Castle where I grew up, in our local recording studio. (I used to sing and write songs back in the day!) One day I was in there recording a song, I hadn't sang or performed for about 10 years so was feeling really anxious and couldn't relax in the recording booth. So Tim said would you like a bit of Hypnosis or would you like to try one of these click tracks? I said well hypnosis seems a bit extreme! But what's this click track?

So he handed me his phone and headphones, and said it'll only take 5-10 minutes, just listen to this. So I put the headphones on, closed my eyes and listened to the click track. I had to do a tapping rhythm with each hand as I heard a particular tone, whilst focusing on the emotion and listening to his voice talk me through the process. I had to rate how I felt at the beginning from 1-10 and then again at the end. It was quite hard to stay focused on the emotion whilst multitasking with all the tapping and listening, but that's the point!

Afterwards I felt so calm I just went back into the studio and sang! It was amazing, I felt complete relief!
Tim explained that the process re programmed the synaptic connection in your brain to that emotion or memory or fear that causes you distress. Honestly it was incredible!

The next day in my studio, it was the lead up to Christmas so a crazy time of year for me, and I had loads of orders to make. (I'm a jewellery designer and goldsmith!) Usually I would feel so stressed, I would feel really tight across my chest and would notice I was holding my breath, rushing around finding it really hard to focus. But this felt different, today I was calm, I was working efficiently, breathing normally and getting things done with ease! It was unbelievable! I was just gliding around the studio and got everything done without any stress at all!!!!!

I suddenly realised that for years I'd actually been suffering with pretty intense anxiety and all of a sudden I experienced life without it!!!!! I was so excited I rang round my family and sent links to my friends to tell them all about it and to try it!

After that I went home and made a list of all of the negative junk from the past that I wanted to get rid of, resentments, anger, stories that would play on repeat in my mind that would make me feel really mad. Things from past relationships that were upsetting me and holding me back. Preventing me from moving on and healing!

And one by one I worked through them. Some things needed to be worked on a couple of times, looking at them from different angles or perspectives. And after each one I felt so much lighter! I felt free, it impacted areas of my life that I hadn't even realised were being effected.

I was so excited because for years I've tried so many processes and techniques for self help and non of them worked so quickly and easily! It was absolutely amazing!

Every therapy, tool and technique has helped me in different ways, but this one I cannot recommend enough!

Don't be put off by the look of the website, or the amount of clicks you'll make before you download the track, because the content is incredible and the best bit is that it's free for personal use! Therapists have to pay but we can just use it for free! I've shared this with so many friends and family, and they've used it to over come anxiety, fear of flying, stop smoking, all kinds! Try it go for it! Let me know how you get on?

The Importance of Taking Action By: Daniel N Brown

Enjoying a good life is common to us all. We all want the same things, good health, positive relationships, fulfilling career, and enough money to live comfortably. But, there are others that want a life of abundance and prosperity. These are the ones that have dreams of doing great things, having successful businesses, visiting interesting places, meeting extraordinary people, and having the ability to help others financially.
If you are going to enjoy a life of abundance and prosperity it will require some action. This should be obvious. But, sometimes the obvious is frequently overlooked.

You didn't get to where you are today without taking some sort of action. So, it makes sense that if you have a vision in your head about where you would like to be in the future, it will require action.
The problem with most people is, even though they may have the knowledge to do some particular thing, they lack putting the necessary action behind that knowledge.

We often hear that "knowledge is power." But, knowledge is really only power in reserve. It remains useless if it's not tapped into by applying action. Knowledge that is not put to action remains just knowledge in your head and provides no benefit. It's completely wasted.

To accomplish results, we must couple our knowledge with the necessary action to attain results. The formula for achieving results is: Knowledge x Action = Result. If you were to apply massive action to your knowledge, it would have a faster, and even greater impact on your life.

Why is it that most people find it difficult to put the necessary action behind their knowledge? I believe it is nothing more than a lack of belief.

Your belief system is the driving force behind your behaviors and your results. If you can change your beliefs, you will change your behaviors. When you change your behaviors, you will change your results. Then, when you change your results, you will change your life.

It all starts with your belief system. Jesus said, "If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23).

Now, many things can keep one from believing. But, I think the biggest factor that keeps one from believing is fear. It is a fact that it takes courage to succeed. But, keep in mind that courage isn't the absence of fear, it's the ability to press on despite the presence of fear. Many times, the solution to any fear is simply to do the thing you fear. It's amazing how the fear will disappear!

The smallest of actions, even the ones that seem trivial and insignificant, can lead to great success. It's been said that, "Actions, like pictures, are worth a thousand words."

Without action, you could have the greatest idea and the greatest plan in the world and you would still fail. Whereas a modest idea and an incomplete plan often produces success when accompanied by enough action.

You just got to get moving. Sir Isaac Newton's principle that states a "body at rest tends to remain at rest and a body in motion tends to remain in motion," definitely applies to the action principle. Once you've taken the first step, the next steps seem easier to take.

It's a natural law that if you do nothing, nothing will happen; if you take minimum action, results are going to be minimal; but, if you take massive action, then you will be rewarded with massive results.Hugely successful people, the kind who go from mediocre to millions almost overnight, know that the major key to their success was taking massive action.

If you want to become hugely successful you must start at the beginning. Most beginnings are small, and appear trivial and insignificant, but in reality they are extremely important.
It's not only the right beginning that is important, it's beginning in the first place. It's about applying that powerful little six-letter-word called "action."

HOW TO GET PAST THE BLOCKS TO BELIEVING IN YOURSELF By Janette Novak

Most people struggle with believing in themselves to some degree. While it's natural, it also can be quite debilitating. No one ever accomplished great things without a solid foundation of self-belief.
Here are a few signs that believing in yourself is a challenge for you:

1. You give more importance to others' opinions of you rather than trusting yourself.
2. You often focus on the fear of what could go wrong or of making mistake rather than focusing on the potential big rewards of going after what you want.
3. You tend to put yourself down; your inner critic is loud and unrelenting.
4. You're still waiting for others' approval or permission before you act on just about anything that you're unsure about.

Do any of these hit close to home for you? You're not alone!
Self-belief is defined as having the ability to believe in yourself. Of course, it sounds simple and it can be relatively simple to believe in yourself, especially when things are going well for you. However, it is a different game entirely when things are not going well or when you've suffered from low self-confidence for long periods of time (for many, self-doubt struggles have roots back to childhood).

If you're ready to believe in yourself more fully, then it's time to explore the blocks to your self-confidence.

Here are four blocks to believing in yourself and some solid ideas for getting beyond them once and for all!

1. Block: You're hanging around the wrong people. Solution: Steer clear of negative people whenever possible.
Start beginning to notice who in your circle of friends, family, or co-workers brings you down. Who puts you in a negative state of mind and who elevates you? As the saying goes, misery loves company. Avoid people who bring you down, constantly criticize or demean you, and undermine your sense of self. Start spending more time with people who support you and lift you up.

2. Block: Your self-expectations are unrealistic.
Solution: Set realistic standards for yourself; no more expecting absolute perfection.
People with low self-belief tend to have ridiculously high standards for themselves. They expect perfection and since they know they can't live up to that absurd standard, instead of admitting their expectations are wrong, they decide they're just not good enough.
Life always has hurdles, no matter how talented you are. There will be times when you won't be successful. That's not an indictment on your skills or self-worth, it's just a fact of life.
It's time to stop taking the stumbles that everyone experiences in life as an indictment on your worth. Believe in yourself despite the fact that sometimes you'll fail; start believing in your ability to survive life's downtimes, knowing you can rebound from whatever life throws at you.

3. Block: You care too much about what others think. Solution: Stop waiting for others' approval or permission.
You are a strong and unique person who deserves to live a happy, fulfilling, and successful life. You don't need anyone's approval or permission to go after what you want in life. Do not let your boss, parents, family, spouse, friends, teachers, or anyone else decide your value. Your value was decided the day you were born; you're here for a reason. Claim your high self-worth now.

4. Block: You're mean to yourself. Solution: Start loving yourself more.
Loving yourself fully and completely is the most important step in believing yourself. It's time you finally accepted yourself, quirks and all. It's time you gave yourself the nurturing love that you've been giving others all your life, but which you've failed to offer yourself. Loving yourself isn't vain or selfish; it's the path to a beautiful life.
Wally Amos said, "It's so important to believe in yourself. Believe that you can do it, under any circumstances. Because if you believe you can, then you really will."
Believing in yourself gives you a fresh perspective on life, especially when you have spent your whole life thinking that you're not good enough. Believing in yourself is the key to living the amazing life you're fully capable of living.
Start now. Begin with one positive thought about yourself and then add another and another until your confidence is sky-high. Deciding to believe in yourself is the best decision you'll ever make in your life.
