Self Healing for Guilt and Non Self Forgiveness
Which one is bigger? The windscreen in your car? Or the rear view mirror?
This is an analogy for life. Glance in your rear view mirror to learn from your mistakes, acknowledge them, but don't dwell on them.
This is crazy because I woke up with all these thoughts this morning and had to write them down and pass them on to some friends. Then I started listening to this session with Master Co and it was all about the same thing!
Here are the notes and process that I'd woken up with, and I'd really recommend these amazing teachings and meditation by Master Co, to help you to move on and let go!
Challenges in life are sent to teach us a lesson.
Until you learn the lesson and change your reaction or response, the chances are the same things will keep happening in your life.
My Dad always said "If you do what you always do, you'll get what you've always got."
If there is a situation that you keep complaining about and offloading to your friends about. Stop for a minute and evaluate, write it down.
What have you learnt from this situation? (E.g. Relationship X, Y, Z?)
Are there any patterns emerging?
Accept responsibility for your own actions in the situation.
What do you choose to do differently going forward?
"Where focus goes energy flows" Tony Robbins
If you work on letting go of the resentment , negative emotions, guilt etc.
You can focus your energy on moving forward and creating a happier future.
It's time to acknowledge, recognise and break the patterns!

Love yourself: Heal your past by Dr. Michael Duckett

Love Yourself: Heal Your Past
Heal your past to better love yourself. What do I mean by that? We should know that it is vital to love ourselves, right now, today, the way we are. And yet, we — better than anyone — know the flaws we have, the issues we carry which make it difficult to love ourselves.
How do we fix those flaws? How do you heal your past to love ourselves? It’s a fairly simple process, which I outline in this brief video:
What steps do we need to take to love ourselves?
We all recognize that sometimes it is hard for us to love ourselves. After all, we know our mistakes, we know our weaknesses, we know our flaws better than anyone. So what can we do about that?
We need to go through everything that we don’t like about ourselves, or everything in our life which seems to be a negative. It’s important to write these down. As we write these down, we can decide: “OK, this is something that is just the way I am. And because it’s just the way I am, I’m actually okay with it. I like this — I LOVE this — about me! So I’m going to leave it!”
Heal Your Past: Fix What You Don’t Like About You
With everything else, everything we don’t like, as we write it down, we can also write down a plan to fix it, to change it, to remove it from our lives.
As you do those things, as you heal your past, you will begin to love yourself more!
Even more importantly, we can use this tool to look back at our past and actually rewrite our history. Heal your past: If we didn’t feel loved as a child, we can re-look at that and say “Wait, I WAS loved as a child!” Heal your past: If something bad happened in our past, we can rewrite it or change it to have it be something good, or at least not as bad.
Why can we do that? Because the past no longer exists! It’s not there any more, so we can make how we deal with the past — including what it is to us — whatever we want it to be! That is how you heal your past. We can also recognize that everything we did, everything that happened to us, every response we had, made us into the fantastic person we are NOW. And we can look at that person and LOVE our self for who we are right now!
As we love our self, then we are able to create our life that matches how fantastic we are! Find out more at my website: UpgradingLife.com

Why Forgiveness is Crucial to Your Happiness By: Sonia Devine
Why Forgiveness is Crucial to Your Happiness By: Sonia Devine
Your ability to forgive those who have hurt you in the past is a crucial stepping stone to your spiritual and emotional growth. Throughout the course of our lives, we collect emotional baggage. This is unavoidable, and even though it can cause us a great deal of pain, it helps us to define who we are as people; the result is, we grow even more and learn valuable lessons along the way about ourselves and others.
So there you have it - emotional baggage is an unavoidable part of all of our lives - but it's not actually this that is the real cause of unhappiness in your life. What's really important is how you choose to deal with that baggage, because what you do here will determine the success or failure of your future relationships.. Now, there is another very important point I want to make:
It's what you do with these lessons that determines how your future will be. Think of all the people you have encountered in your life. Isn't it funny to look back and think about the last time you saw a particular person; it may have been several years ago, and it's quite possible that you will never again see him/her in this lifetime! The reason? Because this person has served their purpose in your life. So now that you know this, think about this; what did this person teach you? Some relationships or encounters that we have with other people last only a few days, and some last a lifetime. But either way, each experience serves a specific purpose and is extremely relevant to your life!.
Now, given that every experience we have is a lesson for us, think about the people who have hurt you in the past. Have you allowed yourself to forgive them? Or are you still holding into the emotional pain? Do you find yourself conjuring up scenes of "sweet revenge" in your mind, or worse still, acting out those scenes? Are you able to forgive and let go? If you are not, then who holds the power - you or them?
When you make a choice to forgive others, you are NOT lying down and becoming a doormat, nor are you admitting that person who hurt you is in the right. Forgiveness is about taking back control of your life and not allowing your negative emotions to rule you. And forgiveness is also about letting go of all those debilitating emotions that could be responsible for sabotaging your current relationships! So ask yourself this question: Do you want to feel good? If you are still carrying feelings of resentment and anger towards someone who hurt you, then what are you getting out of it?
Hanging on to feelings of resentment, hatred or anger, will ensure that these destructive feelings WILL spill over into your current life and stop you from enjoying positive, successful relationships with other people.
The fact is, your subconscious mind never ignores negative energy and emotions. It will remind you every day that you need to deal with them, and until you do, it will manifest your unresolved emotional pain through insomnia, chronic physical pain and in extreme cases, through life threatening illness. So there it is; make a decision today to take back your life by practising forgiveness. Your energy is extremely precious so don't allow yourself to give it away to those who don't deserve to have it it! Move on with your life today, and you will experience miracles.
